This workout program will contain 5 workouts each week, for 4 weeks! This is a full body workout guide with a focus on glute activation and growth. This is a self-paced program; therefore, you can choose which two days a week will be your rest days. There is a monthly, weekly, and daily calendar included. Each week overview will provide information on the workouts and equipment needed. Click on the exercise name in the daily calendar to view a video of the exercise being demonstrated. This program will provide tips on glute activation, corrective form, and exercise modifications for beginners!
